This year, Select Group marked ten years since Intec Select first opened its doors. It’s a moment that calls for reflection. But it’s also the moment we’ve chosen to look forward – with a new brand, a new division, and a new home online.
Where it started
Intec Select was founded in 2016 with a straightforward belief: that businesses succeed because of the people behind them, and that recruitment done well is one of the most valuable things a specialist partner can offer.
What followed was a decade of building – client relationships, candidate networks, specialist expertise, and a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly. From a single technology recruitment business, the group grew. Insight Select joined the family, bringing capability across finance, customer service, marketing, and commercial roles. The candidate network grew to over 100,000 professionals. More than 350 companies have worked with us. Over 1,500 permanent and contract placements made.
None of that happens by accident. It happens because of the people who chose to trust us – clients who came back, candidates who referred friends, and a brilliant internal team who showed up and delivered, year after year.

The next chapter: introducing Inscope Select
Milestones are a good moment to ask what comes next. For us, the answer has been shaped by a decade of client conversations.

Inscope is the project and consultancy arm of Select Group, built to deliver outcomes rather than simply supply resource. Where Intec and Insight connect organisations with exceptional talent, Inscope Select takes ownership of the delivery itself – through Statement of Work engagements structured around clear scope, agreed success criteria, and full accountability for results.
A new website for a new chapter
Alongside the launch of Inscope Select, we’ve rebuilt our group home online. The new Select Group website brings together all three businesses under one roof, with a clearer picture of what we offer, who we work with, and how we operate.
