Agile Coach – £700 – £800 Per Day – 6 Months – Financial Services

Overview:
We are currently partnered with a leading organisation looking to hire an experienced Agile Coach to support a large-scale transformation programme.

The successful candidate will work across multiple delivery teams, helping improve Agile maturity, strengthen ways of working and support teams in delivering more effectively.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
• Assess Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.
• Embed Agile principles, behaviours and effective ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify blockers, dependencies and wider delivery challenges.
• Support teams in becoming more autonomous, accountable and outcome-focused.
• Improve collaboration across technology, product and business teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across the wider delivery function.

Requirements:

• Strong experience working as an Agile Coach within a large or complex organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
• Experience coaching multiple Agile teams and senior stakeholders.
• Background supporting Agile, digital or technology transformation programmes.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change.

Rate & Duration:

• £700 – £800 Per Day
• 6 Months (Likely Extensions)
